Q: What is the location or address?
A: The address is 1912 N Dean Rd, Orlando, FL 32817.

Q: What is the age range for the children you serve?
A: The children range from ages 1-12.

Q: What are the hours?
A: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Q: What meals are included?
A: The three meals served daily are breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Q: What curriculum is used?
A: We use Funshine Online and the ‘Cloud’ Curriculum from Teaching Strategies.

Q: Do you assess children?
A: We assess them with the ASQ Questionnaire, report cards, teaching strategies, and VPK assessment.

Q: Do you accept 4C or School Readiness children?
A: Yes. They get 50% off on their registration.

Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Yes. All other siblings receive a 10% discount on their tuition.

Q: Is the staff background checked and more?
A: All staff members are background checked prior to starting. Other than that, each of them receives a training program to catch up with the requirements from DCF and other government entities.

Q: How to schedule a tour?
A: Call us at 407-482-2120, and we will be ready to set it up for you.

Q: What forms do children need?
A: The forms to fill may be found by clicking the Forms tab on the dashboard. All students need the Student Enrollment Application, the Influenza form, Consent to access Child’s File, Child Participation Form, Free & Reduced Application, Birth Certificate, Immunization Certificate, Physical Exam, and a copy of the ID of the custodial parents.

Q: How soon can my child be registered?
A: Call us and we will find the earliest availability.

Q: What other forms of security or safety measures are taken?
A: Children are welcomed at the door with a staff who checks the temperature and has them wash hands before entering the classroom. Staff use a face mask, take their temperature, wash their hands, and spray their shoes. Parents who go through these measures can come in for a tour. For now, parents drop and pick up students at the door to keep a higher level of sanitation due to COVID-19. Security cameras are available for live view and are not recorded. All playgrounds are gated. All classrooms have intercoms and access the view from windows and doors.

Q: Can parents still visit?
A: Yes, just call us to schedule or just ask to come in. Parents must use a mask, be temperature taken, and wash hands before entering.

Q: What is done for sanitation?
A: Our staff sanitizes toys, sinks, toilets, counters, doors, floors, and more every day.

Q: What ways of communication are kept with parents?
A: We have software that allows us to email all or individual parents to inform them of any activities or information. It provides a Parent Portal with the child’s information, billing, uploads, and more, and is only accessible to parents.

Q: What payments are accepted?
A: Parents can access the Portal to make payments with their checking accounts. We take cash or debit at our office. We prefer if parents pay through the Portal to dedicate that time to the children’s entrance or exit.

Q: How long has the Center been in service?
A: We opened on August 10th, 2001.
